Cinnamon is a comforting spice with numerous health qualities. It has a balancing effect on blood sugar levels and is a natural remedy for inflammation. It's loaded with anti-oxidants, making it essential during the winter months. Have a go at baking these sugar-free, gluten-free muffins for a healthy and delicious afternoon treat.
