Wazoogles Protein Brownies

1 scoop Wazoogles Chocolate Moondust (or protein powder of choice)
1/4 cup glutenfree flour (or flour of choice)
1/8 cup coconut flour
2 Tbsp honey or date paste
2 Tbsp nut butter (I used cashew)
1 1/2 Tbsp cacao
2 Tbsp water, or more for desired consistency
Almond milk, about 1/4 cup
1 tsp vanilla essence
Sometimes we need to treat ourselves and our loved ones and what better way than with chocolates and hearts. Double up - these brownies are also packed with healthy plant proteins as well as being indulgently chocolatey and delicious. Luckily, they are also gluten free, sugar free and healthy as can be. Swap in any protein powder you wish and enjoy these high protein chocolate hearts.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Soak 1 scoop protein powder in almond milk for 5 minutes.
Add all ingredients into a bowl and combine well.
Shape into individual brownies and lay on a non-stick, oven-proof dish.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until soft but firm on top.
