Reset Green Juice

1 small apple
1 X 15cm cube cucumber
1 handful of spinach or kale
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/4 lemon
Optional: Add a mint leaf or two for extra flavour
I call this a reset juice because for me, it's a typical Monday juice. You've had a long weekend and let loose a bit, this Green Juice starts your week off on a healthy note. It always leaves me feeling refreshed, reset and healthy.
Juice all ingredients and pour into a glass.
Drink immediately.
One you start juicing, you can play around with the flavour profiles. Sometimes I only use half an apple for a more bitter juice, sometimes I use pineapple instead of apple, depending on what is available. You can also add a stick of celery, it's just not my favourite taste so I don't but it's definitely healthy for you!
