3 - 4 depending on size
Gluten free
Sugar free
1/2 cup oats
200ml milk (I use Almond Breeze Unsweetened)
1 egg
2 scoops protein powder of choice (I use Wazoogles Vanilla Sky)
My brother has a magic recipe - i'm not quite sure how he made it up but i's to die for! This is the perfect post-workout protein pancake, providing your body with a good mix of complex carbohydrates, essential fats and powerful protein. Carbohydrates assist with transport of protein to your muscles, therefore being essential in building lean muscle mass. Top the pancake with sliced banana, toasted coconut and a drizzle of cinnamon honey for a truly delightful breakfast.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until combined.
Pour liquid onto a non-stick frying pan and allow to cover until it's abut 1/2 cm thick.
Leave for 1 minutes, or until the bottom is fairly cooked.
Use a large spatula, or your amazing cheffing skills, to flip over and cook the other side.
Serving options: Toasted coconut, honey, banana, cinnamon, lemon.
