Curried Cauliflower Soup

1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
1 - 2 Tbsp Curry Spice (according to your preference)
2 cups Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
Optional: 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts
Winter's not over just yet friends. Let me warm you up with this Curried Cauliflower Soup. Cauliflower has taken the world by storm as it is low in calories, while being a high source of nutrients. It has a very high vitamin C content as well as vitamin K, vitamin B5 and folate. Plus, I've added in a twist of Almond Breeze Almond Milk - a perfect milk substitute. Not keen on Almond Breeze, simply use normal milk or your desired milk substitute.
Steam cauliflower until cooked, but not too soft.
Fry curry spice in coocnut oil for 1 minute before adding cauliflower.
Add almond milk.
Switch off the heat and cover.
Leave to stand/steam for 10 minutes.
Optional: Sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts
